Ginger Downey
Ginger Downey, MS, CNS® is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with specialized training in nutrigenomics and health coaching. Her career highlights include ten years in the HR field, experience developing and delivering a corporate wellness program for DSM Nutritional Products, and ten years as the Co-Owner/VP of R&D of DermaMed Solutions, a holistic provider of skincare solutions. She created dmSkincare, a national skincare brand for professional estheticians (and consumers) with ingredients that did not contain the 14 major chemicals/toxic ingredients. This was before Sephora’s “clean” checkmark/stamp of approval campaign and the big movement to clean products over the past 5 years.
Ginger is truly passionate about the power of nutrition, and was a co-founder of the American Nutrition Association, a non-profit dedicated to bringing nutrition to the center of healthcare and well care in our society. Since 2010 she contributed to the organization in numerous volunteer and staff roles.
Currently, Ginger is the Sr. Brand Manager for Beauty and Pharmacy for Designs for Health®, creating and shaping the success of DFH’s newest product line, Designs for Beauty™ and ensuring the success of the DFH brand with independent pharmacies.

Amanda Baldwin
Amanda Baldwin, MS holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Business Leadership from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and is a certified Dietary Supplement Specialist. With over 18 years of experience in the health industry, Amanda is recognized as a leading market visionary renowned for her expertise in strategic business development and strong sales leadership.
Formerly a bodybuilder and personal trainer, Amanda has dedicated her career to entrepreneurship, coaching, and brand building in health and beauty markets. She is passionate about fostering beauty from within and empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, both personally and professionally. Amanda’s commitment to excellence drives her efforts in advancing the nutritional and beauty industries.
Amanda currently serves as the Sr. National Manager at Designs for Beauty™, where she helped create the Whole-Practice Solution. This innovative approach enhances patient outcomes and significantly increases revenue for aesthetic practices. Amanda specializes in helping practitioners differentiate themselves in the competitive market landscape, ensuring they achieve sustainable success.
She has authored the influential guide, Mastering Retail for the Medical Aesthetic Practitioner, and has helped hundreds of practitioners discover their unique and authentic threads that set them apart in the marketplace. Amanda is also an expert in creating six- and seven-figure brands and specializes in finding unique brand identities for her clients.
Amanda believes in conscious and collaborative leadership that leaves a positive impact on both communities and the industry. Her visionary approach has inspired many, and her leadership has resulted in groundbreaking advancements for integrative aesthetic practices, practitioners, and patients alike.
Mark J. Tager
He started his career as Director of Health Promotion for Kaiser Permanente in Oregon where he trained teams of clinicians to work within industry. He draws upon his expertise in aesthetic, integrative, regenerative, and conventional medicine. He was the founding marketing VP for Reliant Technologies where he launched the Fraxel® laser, and then went on to become CMO for Syneron.
He has served as Director of Strategic Initiatives for The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Recently, he produced the 40-hour, online CME certificate program in Personalized Nutrition for Practitioners for the American Nutrition Association. He serves as faculty at Duke Integrative Medicine and has lectured at numerous health-related conferences, both domestically and internationally. He is the Co-founder of the Vagus Nerve Society (vnsociety.org) and Executive Director of The Root Cause Project (therootcauseproject.org), where he is producing documentary films exploring new paths to health and healing.
Dr. Tager is the author or co-author of eleven books including Feed Your Skin Right: Your Personalized Nutrition Plan for Radiant Beauty, Cash-Pay Healthcare: How to Start, Grow & Perfect Your Business (with Stewart Gandolf), and Enhance Your Presence: The Path to Personal Power, Professional Influence & Business Results (with Robert Hughes). He has produced dozens of educational videos and training programs. He obtained his medical degree from Duke University and trained in Family Practice at the University of Oregon Health Science Center.
